STOP SMOKING WITH HYPNOSIS
WALK AWAY TODAY
You're probably reading this because either you or someone close to you is struggling with a smoking habit. Welcome, you're in the right place! Hypnotherapy can help you stop smoking - for good. It can be the difference that makes a difference.
Stopping smoking doesn't have to be difficult or complicated. It can be a quick and easy process. If you've reached the point where you're totally fed up with smoking and you've finally had enough, if you value your health and your life, if you're ready to make a real change, then now is the time to get rid of this unhealthy habit.
And smoking really is 99% habit rather than a full blown addiction It's mainly the psychological aspects of your smoking behavior, the rituals and routines surrounding it that need to be addressed in order to break the pattern completely and allow you to be a natural, effortless non-smoker.
Fear is the mental component that most people struggle with when they stop smoking. Fear that you won't be able to cope, fear that you won't be able to relax, fear that you won't have anything to do with your hands, that you won't look cool enough and so on. These are all rationalizations that the "smoking part" of your mind comes up with. They are excuses and illusions propagated and reinforced by hearsay, media hype and tobacco industry propaganda and disinformation. These impressions are often formed in the early teens, a time when many start the habit. Once you recognize the illusions for what they are, it becomes easy to walk away.
I've seen plenty of people, pack a day smokers, stop easily after our hypnosis sessions. These people come in fed up with smoking and ready to change. They follow the program, take responsibility for their actions and they're successful.
You'll always have free will. Which is great. Because you can willfully make the decision to quit smoking now. To take charge, to be a leader. And this time you have some secret weapons. You have therapeutic hypnosis, coaching and cognitive skill-building to help you!
Once you recognize these illusions for what they are, it becomes easy to walk away.

"I'd say I smoke for a good 25 years. I was a pack and a half a day smoker, I've tried so many times to quit but only last a couple days a couple weeks and then back to smoking again. As I hit my mid 40s I decided to quit again,a friend of mine told me about hypotherapy !!! I told my buddy that shit would not work for me, but I will give it try !!...Three months later I have not smoked!! My wife is also a pack a day smoker and she still smokes till this day I have no problem or urge to smoke !!
